Ryan Callen

What led him here. 

No matter how much he hides it, Ryan has Bipolar one. It affects his daily life, being up for days on end. Mania, panic attacks for hours, all the good stuff that comes with it. Being sarcastic mind you. Points of his life are unending pain, where he wishes for death, but he loves the fight. It became all he wanted; pace did not exist for him. Then he met his captain, Linda Sigmond. Beautiful in a way he never believed he would see in his world of sadness. Linda cared for him, finding out his secret almost immediately. She hid it from the rest of the department because of her feelings she hid from him for years. His nickname "The Drop of Blood", comes from the clothing he wears. They are all red, besides his under shirt, and tie. The reason for this is, in a case where he hunted down a child killer, he was covered in the boy’s blood. He never felt that blood leave his skin, “so if I have to feel it, if I have to see it. Why shouldn't everyone else?” Callen is a broken end. Holding on to this world due to a will to fight evil, and the love of his girl Linda Sigmond.
